Indrajith plays the main character Hareendran Varma, a young IT businessman who runs huge business establishment. He is supported by his old friend Gopalakrishnan (Jayasuriya). Both of them had a plenty of differences in characters. But the sole aim of making it big in life lead them through their differences. G K, Gopalakrishanan is a rude entrepreneur who dreams of becoming the executive director of the firm. He wants to be a rich man and he has his own theories of survival for building it big. He carefully creates plans to achieve his motives. The film opens in flashback as Hareendran, being the second accused in a murder and the prime accused is given a death punishment

Shyam, a tough all-rounder who has been shown the door from a couple of colleges before as he is well versed in everything except studying and discipline. He is a guy who has faced lot of suspensions police cases. Since there is a clause in university bylaws which permits a male student to secure admissions in women colleges, mother of Shyam and a lecturer in the college makes a special request to admit his son for a PG course. She surmise that under her direct custodianship he will not engage in more causalities and fisticuffs that he had. Although Shyam is quite happy about the state of affairs and overnight celebrity status, he finds out his dreams can take a bitter turn as a group of tomboyish students headed by Anna, Nandana and Susan,
is hell bound to create his life miserable. But Shyam is also not correct politically. He insults the
gang. In order to survive, he schemes to outshine and outwit Anna to make her inferior. It’s a usual war that ends in love. Ecstasy that comes with a first love, there's bound of agony.

Dr.Nathan help Deepthy, a lady staying with her husband, in the same flat, to
take her son to a hospital. He develops a fascination for her which ends in bed.
Deepthy entered into a new world where she is drawn more emotionally to him. Dr.
Nathan helps her in many ways, even by getting her husband a job. Both share
many intimate moments together, and slowly falling in love. As she gets
pregnant, Deepti's sense of guilt pushes her towards mental instability. Her
husband and children are unaware of the emotional conflict and her return to
sanity doesn't lessen her inner suffering.
